FIR against Yash Dayal, 10 years punishment may be done in sexual harassment case

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) fast bowler Yash Dayal is going to be very difficult for the coming days. A case of sexual abuse has been registered against Dayal by pretending to be married. This latest case has come up a few days after a woman from a woman from Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh, a few days after being accused of physical, emotional and mental exploitation.

The woman had said that she has been dating this cricketer for the last five years. The woman accused Dayal that she had exploited her physically, emotionally and mentally. These FIRs have been registered under Section 69 of the Code of India Justice (BNS). This section is related to sexual acts done through deception or false promises of marriage. If Dayal proves to be guilty then he may be imprisoned for 10 years and fine.

According to the FIR, the woman has claimed that she was in a relationship with Yash Dayal for five years and during this time she also met her family. He alleged that Dayal abused him during his relationship. When he came to know about his real intentions, the matter worsened. The woman said that the cricketer also physically abused her.

According to Dainik Bhaskar’s report, the woman also alleged that Dayal was in a relationship with many women during her relationship. On 17 April, the girl shared evidence of her relationship. He said that Yash’s family knew about this, but he kept giving him the assurance of marriage. Now after the matter is exposed, the fans are waiting for Yash Dayal’s first reaction as Yash Dayal is currently silent and fans on social media are considering his silence as his mistake.
