The Air Force has ordered the Court of Inquiry. The Indian Air Force issued a statement saying, “A Jaguar instructor aircraft crashed during a regular training mission near Churu in Rajasthan today. The Indian Air Force expresses deep grief over this tragic incident and is standing with the bereaved families in this hour of grief. A Court of Inquiry has been formed to find out the cause of the accident. ”
The Jaguar aircraft of the Air Force has crashed in Ratangarh area of Churu district of Rajasthan at around 12.40 pm. Police have informed that the aircraft crashed in a field.

This is the third Jaguar fighter aircraft of the Indian Air Force, crashed in 2025. On the date of March 7, an Air Force Jaguar fighter aircraft crashed shortly after flying from Ambala Airbase in Haryana. The accident occurred due to regular training flight due to system malfunction. At the same time, on April 2 this year, Jaguar fighter aircraft of the Indian Air Force also crashed in Jamnagar district of Gujarat. Flight Lieutenant Siddharth Yadav died in this accident.
