Zimbabwe team announced for T20i TRAI series against South Africa, New Zealand, many dhakad players return
Zimbabwe Squad for T20i Tri Series: Zimbabwe has announced a 16-member team for the T20 International Tri-series against South Africa and New Zealand. Star all -rounder Sikander Raza will command Zimbabwe in this series to be held from July 14.
Apart from this, many more players have returned to this series, including the return of left -arm fast bowler Richard Nagarwa, who were out of lower back injury. All -rounder Brian Bennett, who recently got out of the Test series against South Africa in Bulawayo, has also returned.
Zimbabwe has selected three unaccounted players as wicketkeeper-batsman Tafadzwa Tsiga, left-arm fast bowler Pneuman Nyamhuri and leg-spinner Vincent Maseca. At the same time, Ryan Berl, Tony Munayanga and Tashinga Musekiva are also part of the team, who performed well in the last series against Ireland.
Hosts will start their campaign in the Zimbabwe Tri -series with a match against South Africa on 14 July. The series will be played in a double round-robin format, after which the top two teams will play the final match at Harare Sports Club on 26 July.
