A similar sad news is also being received from the Veterinary College Ground in Patna, where there was chaos on Thursday evening when a student was shot in a controversy over playing cricket.

The incident took place around 5 pm. Mayank, a second -year student of the college, was immediately admitted to IGIMS Hospital after being shot. The bullet is in his finger and at the moment his condition is said to be stable.

According to the information, some students of Veterinary College came to play cricket in the evening as usual. Some outsiders were already playing on the field. The students asked them to vacate the ground, as this is the private ground of the college. An argument started on both sides about this, which soon turned into a fight. After this, outsiders called their colleagues and called their colleagues, and the matter became violent on seeing it. Suddenly a young man fired a pistol and fired, in which Mayank was shot.

Accused absconding from the spot

After the firing, the accused escaped from the spot and there was an atmosphere of panic in the entire area. Local people and students immediately rushed Mayank to the hospital. As soon as the incident was reported, the airport police station reached the spot and the investigation was started. The station in -charge said that the accused are being identified and will be arrested soon.

Violence has become a habit

College students say that this is not the first time that there is a confrontation with outsiders. Even before this, there have been many such disputes and complaints were given to the college administration, but no strict action was taken. Students allege that if the college management had taken steps in time, such a serious situation would not have arisen. He has demanded that now the security of the ground should be increased and the entry of external elements should be completely banned.
