The attack on Iran’s nuclear installations complicated the solution

Iran’s attack on nuclear installations has made it even more difficult and complicated to find solutions on the basis of negotiations. Following the attacks, Iran stopped cooperation with the United Nations Atomic Monitoring Institute, due to which the inspectors had to return. Araghchi said that under the Iranian law, the country will respond to “case by case” requesting the agency’s cooperation based on the interests of Iran.

He also said that any inspection conducted by the agency should be done keeping in mind Iran’s “security” concerns as well as the safety of inspectors. He said, “There is a major threat of explosion in the spread of radioactive elements and the remaining ammunition of war in the atomic sites attacking.”
