President Draupadi Murmu watched the film Tanvi The Great, Anupam Kher said the moment of pride for us
The special screening of the film ‘Tanvi The Great’ was recently at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Along with President Draupadi Murmu, the film’s starcast also attended the occasion, including Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Karan Taker and Shubhangi. Apart from directing the film Tanvi The Great, Anupam Kher has also acted in it.
Anupam Kher shared photos of special screening on his Instagram. In its caption, he wrote, this was the biggest moment of pride for us that the President of the country and the highest commander of the Indian Armed Forces saw our film and finally appreciated it.
He said, this dream was like coming true. As a director, getting such support from the country’s biggest post as a director can really be anything for me.
Boman Irani wrote on social media, “A proud and humble moment for Tanvi The Great team… when the President of the country saw and praised our film. This was a very special and rare opportunity, an opportunity that reminds us why we do all this. Anupam Kher sir, thank you for making us part of this precious journey.
The film Tanvi The Great stars Shubhangi Dutt in the lead roles, while artists like Anupam Kher, Jackie Shroff, Boman Irani, Pallavi Joshi, Karan Taker and Ian Glenn are playing important roles. The direction and story is of Anupam Kher. The film has been produced by Anupam Kher Studios in association with NFDC (National Film Development Corporation). The film will be released on 18 July.
