Yash Dayal: The Allahabad High Court has given a big verdict in the case related to sexual harassment charges against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) fast bowler Yash Dayal.

Allahabad HC on Yash Dayal: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) fast bowler Yash Dayal has been in discussion for the last few days. This time the discussion is not about his excellent bowling, but about the matter of sexual abuse. A woman lodged a complaint against him. The woman has accused them of physically and mentally abuse for five years by pretending to marry. Now a big decision of Allahabad High Court has come in this case.

What is the whole matter?

On June 21, the woman complained through the Chief Minister’s online portal (IGRS), after which a formal FIR was registered against her under Section 69 BNS on 6 July. The complaint states that Dayal and the woman were in a relationship for the last five years. During this, Yash introduced the woman to her family and presented her as a future wife. The woman alleges that when she raised the marriage again, Dayal refused and tortured her mentally and physically.

The FIR wrote, “The accused made a physical relationship with me several times by pretending to marry. He introduced me to his family members and behaved like a husband. I was completely confident that we would marry, but later he refused and I was humiliated to protest.”

Allahabad High Court decision

Yash Dayal has got a big relief from the Allahabad High Court in the case of sexual exploitation. The court has currently ordered a stay on his arrest. During the hearing of the case, the High Court bench – Justice Siddharth Verma and Justice Anil Kumar – gave relief to Dayal from the arrest till the next hearing. The court made verbal comments, saying, “Anyone can be cheated for 1-2 days, but for 5 years? It is difficult to understand how someone can stay in confusion for so long.”
