The weather patterns in Bihar are very happy these days. For the last two days, many areas of the state have been raining intermittently, which has recorded a drop in temperature and people have got relief from the heat. The monsoon lying sluggish has now become active again and good rains are being seen in different parts of the state. On Tuesday, the process of rain continued intermittently in several districts including the capital Patna. At the same time, the Meteorological Department has issued a warning in view of the possibility of celestial electricity.

Pressure in South Bihar, there is a possibility of torrential rains in these districts

According to the Meteorological Department, a low pressure area has become active in South Bihar, the effect of which is now reaching other parts of the state. Its impact has received good rains, especially in South and East Bihar. On Wednesday, this pressure area is expected to shift towards eastern Uttar Pradesh, moving towards the northeast. Due to this, the possibility of very heavy rainfall has been expressed in Kaimur and Rohtas districts. Apart from this, heavy rains may also occur at some places in Buxar, Aurangabad, Arwal, Jehanabad, Nalanda, Sheikhpura, Lakhisarai, Jamui and Banka districts.

Orange alert released in these districts

The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert on Wednesday morning due to the possibility of thunderstorms and medium to moderate rains in many districts of Bihar. The districts where alerts have been issued include Saran, Samastipur, Vaishali, Rohtas, Aurangabad, Arwal, Jehanabad, Gaya, Nalanda, Nawada, Sheikhpura, Lakhisarai, Jamui, Banka, Bhagalpur, Munger, Begusarai, Khagaria, Saharsa, Madhepura and Darbhanga. There may be incidents of sudden heavy rains and lightning in some parts of these districts, for which the local administration has also been asked to be cautious.

Cloud camp all day in Patna, rains in many areas

The weather was completely changed in the capital Patna on Tuesday. The movement of clouds remained since morning and suddenly half an hour of rains forced people to get wet at around one o’clock in the afternoon. By evening, light drizzle was recorded. Due to rain, the temperature of the city also saw a decline. The maximum temperature on Tuesday was 31.8 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature was 26.0 degrees Celsius. At the same time, about 5 mm of rain was recorded in Patna in the last 24 hours.

Patna will remain wet for the next two days

The process of rain in Patna is not going to stop. According to the Meteorological Center, there is a possibility of good rains in many areas of the city on Wednesday and Thursday. However, due to continuous rains, there has been a situation of water logging in some parts of the city, due to which the common people are facing a lot of trouble. Traffic has also been affected by filling water on many roads.

Possibility of lightning fall, be cautious

The Meteorological Department has also warned that on Wednesday, there may be thunderstorms with strong winds in areas of southwest and northwest Bihar. On Tuesday too, 15 districts of the state received moderate to heavy rains, affecting life. The department has advised people to avoid going to open places in bad weather and stay in safe places.
