Postal department employees will help investors to fill KYC form, verify self-present documents, and transfer them to asset management companies (AMCs).

How to get KYC done at the post office?

  • Visit the nearest post office, where KYC facility is available (most of the major branches provide this service).
  • Go to the counter and ask for the KYC update/registration form. Fill your name, address, PAN, Aadhaar, mobile number etc. correctly in the form.
  • Submit the required documents. There will be biometric or OTP verification. Submit and take a receipt. KYC will be updated in 2 to 5 working days.
