Big decision of the Board of Control for Cricket in India
BCCI has taken a tough stand on the annual meeting of Asian Cricket Counseling on July 24 in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. The BCCI has clearly stated that “if the location of the meeting is not changed, it will not attend the meeting and at the same time it will not accept any kind of decision given in the meeting” If sources are to be believed, the BCCI had already demanded ACC to change the location of a meeting in view of the current situation in Bangladesh and the Indian political tension there. India is being made unnecessary pressure
According to media sources, a senior BCCI official has said that “We had requested to change the place of meeting in view of the current situation in Dhaka. But they have not received any reply on it yet. If Mohsin meets in Naqvi Dhaka, the BCCI will be ready to boycott any proposal.” Along with this, he also said that Mohsin Naqvi is trying to put unnecessary pressure on India.
BCCI gets support from other cricket board
According to media reports, Sri Lanka has refused to be a part of the meeting in Dhaka in Afghanistan and Oman as well. Despite all these things, ACC President Mohsin Naqvi has not changed his decision. According to the rules of the ACC, if a major country like India does not attend the meeting, then no decision taken in the meeting will be mindful.
