A sad news has come out from the Bollywood industry. Veteran director Chandra Barot has died at the age of 86. Chandra Barot directed Amitabh Bachchan’s Cultic film Don, released in 1978. He was struggling with the problem of lungs for the last few years.

According to the Times of India report, Chandra Barot’s wife Deepa Barot confirmed the news of his death, saying, he was battling Pulmonary fibrosis for the last seven years. Barot was undergoing treatment under the guidance of Dr. Manish Shetty at Guru Nanak Hospital.
