If you keep fast then you should take salt only in limited quantity. Eating too much salt can increase sodium in the body. In such a situation, dehydration can also occur. You should avoid eating things like kebab, biryani, pizza during Sehri. Such things can harm your health.
You should also avoid drinking tea or coffee during Ramadan. Because drinking tea and coffee can make you thirsty and not drinking water during fasting can make you sick.
What should be eaten during Roza?
You should eat fruits during Sehri in Ramadan. Like – apple, pear, grapes, beetroot etc. Along with this, you can also consume whole grains during Sehri. By consuming these things, energy remains in your body throughout the day.
You must consume curd during Sehri. Consuming it does not cause calcium deficiency in the body. At the same time, you can eat raw cheese for protein.

You can drink fruit juice while breaking the fast in Iftar. Drinking juice can relieve fatigue throughout the day. Try to go out in the sun during fasting. Because going out in the sun can make you thirsty. You may get dehydrated due to not drinking water.
