The makers of the popular web series ‘Panchayat’ have brought another story ‘Village Hospital’ on the rural background. The trailer of this series has also been released. Prime Video has launched a comic and heart touching trailer of the original drama series ‘Village Hospital’.
It is produced under the banner of the original series the viral fever (TVF) and has been created by Deepak Kumar Mishra. The series has been written by Vaibhav Suman and Shreya Srivastava and directed by Rahul Pandey. The village hospital will premiere on 9 May, especially on prime videos, in more than 240 countries and regions including India.
‘Village Hospitals are a drama, which reflects the journey of one urban doctor, Dr. Prabhat, in which he accepts the challenge of resumption of the almost closed Primary Health Center in a far-flung village Bandhandi. The series stars Amol Parashar and Vinay Pathak in the lead roles, while artists like Akanksha Ranjan Kapoor, Anandeshwar Dwivedi, Akash Makhija, and Garima Vikrant Singh will be seen in important roles.
The trailer of the village hospital shows the audience a glimpse of the disorganized but adorable world of Dr. Prabhat (Amol Parashar), where he is trying to mold himself in the life of village Bandhandi. This trailer shows how the medical information of a qualified doctor goes through the examination at every step – sometimes the doubts of the villagers, sometimes the lack of medicines, sometimes the confusion of local politics.
Amidst all these difficulties, Dr. Prabhat also accepts the challenge of winning the trust of the villagers and proving his utility. The village hospital promises to introduce the struggle of small towns, passion and human relationships with a new and fresh perspective.
Amol Parashar said, “It has been one of the rare experiences for me to play the role of Dr. Prabhat, which remains with you even after the camera is closed.” The basic spirit of the village hospital examines the depth of the dedication of a doctor, which wants to serve the community from where he has to face constant resistance.
