Talks Between Iranian and European Diplomats in Istanbul Ended.

Istanbul: Negotiations between Iranian and European diplomats in Istanbul have ended. During the talks, the two sides agreed to hold a meeting again to remove the deadlock on Tehran’s nuclear program. Representatives from Britain, France and Germany, Iranians gathered for talks at the consulate building. The four -hour dialogue focused on the possibility of banning Iran, which was removed in 2015 when Iran admitted that its nuclear program could be banned and monitored.

Iran remains in danger of restrictions

Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Kajem Garibabadi said that the “serious, clear and detailed” meeting focused on the situation of nuclear issues and restrictions as well as agreed on further discussion. On the condition of anonymity due to the sensitivity of the talks, a diplomat from the European country said that there is still a possibility of banning Iran again. It is called ‘Snapback’, which means that the restrictions lifted can be re -implemented immediately if Iran does not follow the terms of the agreement.

‘Iran should interact honestly’

The European country’s diplomat said, “Iran has been proposed to have a possible delay in starting the process of Snapback (re -implementing restrictions), but the condition has been placed in return that Iran should have honestly diplomatic conversations, cooperate fully with the international nuclear power agency and resolve the concerns about its highly rich uranium reserves. If there is no progress, the restrictions will be re -implemented by the end of August.

‘Iran does not trust America’

Earlier, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Garibabadi had said that Iran’s participation depends on some important principles, one of which “Iran’s trust in America should be re -established because at the moment Iran does not trust America at all.” He also said in a social media post on Thursday that the talks should not be used as a platform for a hidden agenda.

Iran has threatened

Iran has threatened several times that if the ban is imposed on it, it will withdraw from the Nuclear Non -Proliferation Treaty. A spokesperson of Iran’s nuclear power organization said on Thursday that after the recent attacks of Israel and America, the country’s nuclear industry “will grow and flourish again.” (AP)
