However, the promised project never started. He further said in his complaint, “Despite repeated contacts, he kept avoiding them and kept lying.”
He claims that he has come to know that these money was not used for the serial, but in the manufacture of ‘So Long Valley’. He alleged, “When I came to know that the film was releasing on July 27, I told him to return my money, on which he started threatening me.” Mumbai Police has registered an FIR against 36 -year -old Karan Singh Chauhan under Section 318 (4), 352 and 351 (2) of the Indian Justice Code (BNS) on charges of fraud of Rs 25 lakh from actress Ruchi. At the same time, Ruchi has submitted banking records and documents in support of his claims. The investigation of this case is still going on.
