PM Modi, who returned from his visit to Maldives, arrived directly to Roathukudi in Tamil Nadu. The PM said a lot about terror from the stage there. The PM said, the weapons made in India are still sleeping for the bosses of terror.
The PM said, today a grand campaign of development of modern infrastructure is going on across the country. Recently, a wonderful sample of engineering, Chenab bridge, has become a symbol of this progress. For the first time, Jammu has been connected by rail from Srinagar. From the Atal Setu and Bogibeel bridge to the Sonamarg Tunnel, many such transformational projects have been completed during the tenure of the NDA government, which have created thousands of employment opportunities.

Last year, I gifted the famous Roothukudi pearl to Bill Gates and liked it very much. There was a time when this pearl was a symbol of India’s economic power around the world, PM Modi remembered. “Today we are advancing the vision of Tamil Nadu and developed India with our efforts here, a free trade agreement has taken place between Britain and India, it also gives momentum to this vision. This agreement will also give a new strength to India’s economy, this will make our pace to become the world’s third major economy.”
