Keep the money ready: These 5 companies including NSDL will bring IPO, 8 SME IPOs will also come
IPO There is good news for investors investing in. The movement in the primary market is going to intensify next week. Actually, a total of 13 IPOs are coming to the market in the next week. This includes the IPO of NSDL, India’s largest and oldest depository IPO. Apart from these big names, 8 SME issues are also in queue.
These 5 IPOs came in the mainboard segment.
1. NSDL IPO
The IPO of National Securities Depository (NSDL) will open on July 30 and will close on 1 August. This IPO is a fully offer-for-sale (OFS) of 5.01 crore shares, which is a total size of Rs 4,011.60 crore. The price band is Rs 760 to Rs 800 per share. In the gray market, NSDL’s IPO is trading at a premium of Rs 161, indicating a possible listing around Rs 946.
2. Laxmi India Finance IPO
The IPO of Laxmi India Finance will open on 29 July and will close on 31 July. Laxmi India Finance plans to raise Rs 254.26 crore from IPO. This offer includes a new issue of Rs 165.17 crore and OFS of Rs 89.09 crore. The price band of this issue is between Rs 150 to Rs 158 per share.
3. Aditya Infotech IPO
Another IPO of Aditya Infotech is opening on 29 July, which will be closed on 31 July. The company is planning to raise Rs 1,300 crore, including a new issue of Rs 500 crore and OFS worth Rs 800 crore. The price band is between Rs 640 to Rs 675.
4. Mr. Lotus Developers IPO
The Rs 792 crore IPO of Shri Lotus Developers will open on July 30 and will close on 1 August. This issue is a new offer of 5.28 crore shares, which is priced between Rs 140 and Rs 150. Motilal Oswal is managing the issue and the stock is expected to be launched on 6 August.
5. M&B Engineering IPO
The Rs 650 crore IPO of M&B engineering will also open on July 30 and will close on 1 August. The issue includes new shares (Rs 275 crore) and OFS of Rs 375 crore. The price band is between Rs 366 to Rs 385, and the possible listing date is 6 August.
