Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has sold two of his luxury properties in Mumbai. The actor has sold two of his connected property for Rs 7.10 crore in a premium residential project located in Borivali East area of Mumbai. This information has been revealed in the analysis of documents obtained by Square Yard’s registration website of the Government of Maharashtra from the registration website igrmaharashtra.gov.in. Both properties have been registered in June 2025. Borivali East is counted among the most preferred residential areas of Mumbai, where the Western Express Highway, Metro Line 7, and Suburban Railway has excellent connectivity.
Premium project is located in Sky City
According to the news, both the properties sold by Akshay Kumar are located in the premium project Sky City of Oberoi Realty. It is a ready residential project spread over 25 acres. This project offers the range of 3bhk, 3bhk+studios and duplex apartments. Both these properties are near Sanjay Gandhi National Park, due to which it has become special. Corporate hubs like Goregaon and Malad are also nearby. That is, these properties are present in the location with greenery and best connectivity in urban life.
First property details
Akshay Kumar sold a flat for ₹ 5.75 crore. Its carpet area is 1,101 square feet. There is also two car parking along the flat. This flat was bought by Akshay Kumar in the year 2017. In this, stamp duty was paid ₹ 34.50 lakh, registration fees, ₹ 30,000. In this year, the price of the flat was increased by 90 percent.
Detail of second property
The second flat whose carpet area is just 252 square feet. It was now sold by Akshay Kumar for Rs 1.35 crore, which was bought in the year 2017 for just Rs 67.90 lakh. That is, the price increased by 99 percent. For this property, 6.75 lakh rupees stamp duty, ₹ 30,000 registration fee was deposited.
Investment status in Sky City
According to Square Yards, the Sky City Project recorded around 100 property transactions between August 2024 and July 2025, with a total value of ₹ 428 crore. The average resel price in the project is ₹ 47,800 per sq ft.
