Nagpanchami story: In ancient times, one Sethji had seven sons. The seven were married. The youngest son’s wife was a clown and gentleman of the best character, but did not have her brother. One day the elder daughter -in -law asked all the daughters -in -law to walk together to bring the yellow soil to the house, and all the dhalia and khurpi started digging the soil. Then a snake came out there, which the elder daughter -in -law started beating with Khurpi. Seeing this, the younger daughter-in-law stopped her and said- ‘Don’t kill it? This poor poor is innocent. ‘
Hearing this, the elder daughter -in -law did not kill her, then the snake sat on one side. Then the younger daughter-in-law said to her- ‘We just come back, don’t go from here. When she remembered that thing the next day, she reached there with everyone and seeing the snake sitting at that place, she said- Sarp brother Hello! I have no one, it is good that you became my brother. After spending a few days, he came to his house after taking the form of a snake man and said, ‘Send my sister’.
Everyone said that ‘it had no brother, so he said- I am his brother in a distant relationship, he had gone out in childhood. On assuring him, the people of the house sent Chhoti with him. He told on the way that ‘I am the snake there, so you should not be afraid and hold my tail where there is difficulty in walking. She did it as saying and thus she reached her house. Then the snake and his father gave him a lot of gold, silver, gems, clothes etc. and brought him to his house.
Seeing so much money, the elder daughter-in-law said with jealousy- brother, you are very rich, you should bring more money from him. When the snake heard this promise, all the things were given to gold. Seeing this, the elder daughter-in-law said- ‘The broom to sweep them should also be gold’.
