Smriti Irani recently made a comeback on the small screen with the show ‘Because Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’. Meanwhile, Smriti Irani has spoken about AI. Former Union Minister and Thought Leader Smriti Irani believes that India’s greatest strength will not be in technology in the coming decades, but will be in the ability to imagine, storytelling and innovate.

Smriti said, in a world where AI can do the code but cannot create, our strength will not be in factories or code, but in our imagination, storytelling and ability of innovation. As India is moving towards its developed India 2047 vision, Smriti Irani emphasizes that storytelling, creativity and design-hinking will define the next wave of development.

She indicates an unused opportunity – and a warning as a warning of an unused opportunity to the estimated 80 billion $ 80 billion value of the creative economy of India by 2026. In the survey conducted in 22 states, only 9 percent of students have shown strong preparations in design thinking, research and solution of real -life problems. These are important abilities of the 21st century, which are basic needs of the creative economy. In a world where AI can code, but not composition, the importance of these shortcomings increases even more.

Irani says that a framework is emerging-highlighting the steps taken by the Indian Institute of Creative Technologies (IICT) and CBSE established in Mumbai, saying that a framework is emerging-but it needs to be done more.

Creativity part cannot be time, and in this senses, it cannot be extra-worker

She advocates involving creativity and entrepreneur’s thinking in education – through initiatives such as a maker space, startup lab and design sprint – and urge that India should be given importance not only in art, but also in business models and social innovation.
