However, Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut has made a different claim regarding the Pahalgam terror attack. Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut has given a statement about the Pahalgam terror attack in Podcast of MP Kapil Sibal. Sanjay Raut has said that “In Pahalgam, the terrorists did not kill people by asking religion. The BJP set its own enemy by giving an angle of religion in the terrorist attack of Pahalgam. The BJP was spreading the propaganda over the Pahalgam terror attack. She was plotting another Godhra case in the country.”
On his claim about the Pahalgam terror attack, Sanjay Raut has said that “This is also an on -record. The soldier who was killed also said this. And we talked to many people. It was the BJP’s propaganda that after the Pahalgam attack he wanted to do Godhra in the country but the families of the victims stopped from this happening.”

At the same time, Trinamool MP Sagarika Ghosh and Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi were also present in the pod cast along with Sanjay Raut. Now on the statement of Sanjay Raut, Sagarika said that “there should be no politics of communalism regarding the Pahalgam attack. What happened there is a matter of trauma and mourning for all of us. We believe that those who have been killed there should not be a politics of communalism.”
