‘Jassi Bhai Ko Miss …’ Mohammad Siraj did not forget Bumrah even after becoming the emperor of the Oval Test
Mohammed siraj on jasprit bumrah: Team India won the fifth Test match by 6 runs and finished the five-match Test series at 2-2. Jasprit Bumrah was out of the playing XI in the Test match played at the Oval. After which Mohammad Siraj led the team’s pace attack and also became the hero of the fifth Test match.
After winning this Test match, the Board of Control for Cricket in India has shared a video on its Instagram. In which Siraj veteran Jasprit is seen expressing the lack of bowler Bumrah.

In a video posted by the BCCI, Mohammad Siraj, emotional, said, “Every batsman and every bowler who played this Test, everyone is saluted … and as we made a comeback, that was amazing man. I missed Jassi (Bumrah) brother a lot, if he had been there, I would have been more special.
Mohammad Siraj has become the highest wicket-taker in Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy. He has played all the five Test series. In this Test series, Siraj has taken 23 wickets from an economy of 4.02 in 9 innings. In which he also took 4 wickets in an innings and five wickets twice. With this, he has now left Kapil Dev behind in terms of taking the most wickets in Test cricket in England. Mohammad Siraj has taken 46 wickets from an economy of 3.94 in 11 Tests in England.
Bumrah’s performance in Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy
Jasprit Bumrah had told before the series started that due to over workload, he would be able to play only three matches and the same happened. But in the three Tests in which Bumrah played, he bowled brilliantly. He has taken 14 wickets from an economy of 3.04 in 5 innings of Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy.
