General Aseem Munir is going to travel to the US to attend the farewell ceremony of General Michael E Kurilla, Commander General of the US Central Command (Kentcom). The farewell ceremony of Kurilla is believed to be held at the CentCom Headquarters in Tempa, Florida. Commander General Michael E Kurilla, Commander of CentCom, visited Pakistan in late July.
Is Kurilla, a pro -Pakistan?
American CentCom Commander General Kurilla has a deep attachment to Pakistan and has often appreciated the role of Islamabad in the fight against terrorism, especially the Islamic State – Khorasan (ISIS -K). However, Kurilla has argued that America needs to have good relations with both India and Pakistan.
Munir’s second journey in 2 months
Aasim Munir visited the US in June this year. He also had lunch with US President Donald Trump during this period. The two met for about two hours. White House spokesperson Anna Kelly said that President Trump called General Munir to meet because Munir had recommended Trump to give the Nobel Peace Prize to stop the possible nuclear war between India and Pakistan.
Trump is kind to Pakistan

Trump has imposed a tariff on India due to the Ukraine War buying crude oil at a cheap price from Russia at a cheap price. America has imposed a total of 50 percent tariff on India.
