174 acre multimodal logistics park to be built in Greater Noida, will get employment
The 174.12 acre multimodal logistics park is to be developed in Greater Noida adjacent to Delhi. It is proposed. The Uttar Pradesh government may soon select a developer for its Kas. According to PTI news, the objective of this ambitious project is to speed up industrial investment in the state and to make the process of freight faster and efficient. The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority recently invited tenders for the project.

These companies bid
Three big companies – Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited, Super Handlers and Ampezer Logistics have shown interest for the Multimodal Logistics Park project. The proposals of all these companies will be reviewed by a high -level committee headed by the Chief Secretary, which will take a final decision.
Did the minister say?
Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi’ said that three companies have applied for the multimodal logistics park in Greater Noida. The committee will soon consider these and decide. He also said that the aim of the state government is that Uttar Pradesh becomes the top investment destination in the country. For this, investors favorable policies are being implemented.
This project holds strategic significance
This logistics park is considered to be very important from many perspectives. Because having near Jewar Airport (Noida International Airport) will be comfortable in air transport. There will be a direct connection to the Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridor and the Dry Port of the Concor located nearby, which facilitates the container handling facility

Major conditions of plot allocation
174.12 acres of land will be allocated in the Kampa-2 sector of Greater Noida. Land will be given on leasehold basis, which will have a duration of 90 years. A minimum investment of ₹ 1,200 crore is expected for the project (except for land price). This logistics park will not only establish Greater Noida as a major logistics hub, but will also create thousands of direct and indirect employment opportunities in the region. The project will prove to be another concrete initiative towards the Industrial Development and Self -reliance of the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
