Sherbet Jihad Case: High Court said-Ramdev is not under control

The Delhi High Court on Thursday made sharp remarks about the new video of Baba Ramdev. Justice Amit Bansal said that Ramdev is not under anyone’s control. They live in their own world. Baba Ramdev called Ruh Afja as ‘Sharbat Jihad’ without naming the Hamdard Company. After this, the dispute increased.

The court said on Thursday that Baba Ramdev released a new video, in which comments have been made against Hamdard. When this new video came, information has not been received.

Earlier on April 22, the High Court had said in the order to Ramdev- neither make any statement nor share any video about the sympathetic products.

Ramdev’s lawyer said- will remove objectionable part

When the High Court expressed the video of Ramdev, his lawyer said that the objectionable part from the latest video of Yogguru would be removed from every social media platform within 24 hours.

On this, the court said that you followed the order, file an affidavit within a week.

The High Court will hear the matter again on May 2 i.e. on 2 May. It will see whether the earlier order was followed or not.

Baba Ramdev launched Patanjali’s syrup on 3 April. He said on the social media platform x that a company makes syrup. The money that is received from it makes madrasas and mosques. Baba Ramdev had said that just as love jihad and vote jihad is going on, so sherbat jihad is also going on.

Ruh Afza Sharbat making company Hamdard filed a petition in the Delhi High Court against this statement. Senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi argued on behalf of the company. Rohatgi said that this is an attack on the name of religion.
