Three Vande Bharat Express trains, PM Modi-jaan will also give special gift to Bengaluru today

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will give many gifts to the country on Sunday (10 August 2025). PM Modi will flag off three new Vande Bharat Express trains today and will also flag off the much awaited Yellow line of Bangalore Metro. At 10.30 am on Sunday morning, PM Modi will land at HAL airport and then he will go to KSR Bangalore (City) railway station, where he will first flag the Vande Bharat Express trains between KSR Bengaluru-Belgawi.

- At 10.30 am, PM Modi will also flag off the Amritsar-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Vande Bharat Express and Ajni (Nagpur)-Pune Vande Bharat Express trains will also flag through digital medium.
- After this, he will go to RV Road (Ragigudda) metro station and dedicate the Yellow line to the public and will also travel in the metro to the electronic city station.
- PM Modi will lay the foundation stone of Bangalore Metro Phase-three in the Auditorium of Bangalore, International Information Technology (IIIT).
- PAM Modi will visit HAL airport and will return to Delhi at 2.45 am this afternoon.
The specialty of metro trains inaugurated today
- The specialty of Bangalore-Belgawi Vande Bharat Express train will be the main stations for Karnataka- Bengaluru, Dharwad, Hubbali, Haweeri, Davangere, Tumkur, Yashwantpur and Belagavi.
- Shrimata Vaishno Devi Katra -Amritsar Vande will be the main stations of Bharat Express Katra, Jammu Tawi, Pathankot Cantt, Jalandhar City, Beas and Amritsar.
- Nagpur (Ajni)- Pune Vande Bharat Express, the longest Vande Bharat Root train of 881 km, which will be the main stations- Pune, Wardha, Badnera, Shegaon, Akola, Bhusaval, Jalgaon, Manmad, Kopargaon, Ahilyanagar, Daund Cord Line and Nagpur.
- These Vande Bharat trains will run 6 days a week, there will be a total of 590 seats which will have 7 Chair Car + 1 Executive Chair Car, ticket will start from ₹ 1,500 (Economy), their speed will be 73 km per hour on average.
Bangalore yellow line metro specialty
There are 16 stations on the 19.15 km long Yellow line, including RV Road, Ragi Gudda, Jaidev Hospital, BTM Layout, Central Silk Board, Bommahana Halli, Hogra Sandra, Kudlu Gate, Singa Sandra, Hosa Road, Beretna Agrahara, Electronic City, Infosys Foundation Konnappan Agrahar, Hukba Godi and Bommasi Bammasandan Agarhar, Hubba Godi Agrahar, Hubba Godi Agarhar Are included.
