Noida authority Has decided to cancel the allotment of those plots, whose owners have not removed unauthorized constructions despite repeated warnings. Officials said that Noida Authority CEO Lokesh M. took the decision while chaired by a review meeting on Friday. According to a report by Hindustan Times, officials said that all departments have been instructed to collect records of notices issued under Section 10 for encroachment in the entire Noida buildings and maintain their records and monitor them regularly.
What happens when a notice is issued under Section 10 against the property
According to the rules, if a notice of Section 10 is issued against a property, its owner cannot sell his property until the notice is removed. Certainly, Section 10 notice means that the owner has violated the conditions of the lease deed and thus he will face results, including canceling allotment, fining them and will be disqualified to mortgage the property. This means that if this notice is issued against a property, its owner cannot take a bank loan.
Notices will be issued to property owners again
Instructions have been instructed to investigate the notices issued in the last two years and where the allottees have violated the rules, to issue notices under Section 10 under Section 10. The CEO said, “If the violation of the rules continues, the allocation of that plot will be canceled. We have also directed that cases in which the allottees do not receive notices, they should be pasted on the property so that information can reach.”
What mistake is the property owner making
Officials said the action has been taken after extensive violations, including extended balconies and unauthorized rooms to the boundary wall built on the land of the authority. He said that in relation to the notices issued for encroachment in housing, industrial, institutional and commercial property, all asset departments have been instructed to collect details of such notices and maintain them.
