New Delhi, May 21 (HS). The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday raided the premises of retired IAS officer and former Secretary of the Department of Internal Trade (DPIIT) Ramesh Abhishek.
Official sources said that the central investigating agency ED is searching the premises of former DPIIT Secretary Ramesh Abhishek as part of the money laundering investigation. This action of ED is based on a recent FIR registered by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Earlier, the CBI had raided the house of 1982 batch IAS Ramesh Abhishek in February. CBI and ED have also registered cases against his daughter Vanessa.
