How to make butter from cream?
First method- If you want to remove butter from the cream, then you take the cream 1-2 days thick cream i.e. about 1 bowl of cream and put it in the grinder. Add half a cup of cold water to it and stir in the grinder. Now the cream has to be run until the butter and water separated. The cream will come out only after running a grinder for about 5-10 minutes.
Second method- Another way to extract butter from cream is that you add 1 cup of hot hot milk to the cream. The temperature of milk and cream should be so much that it looks light in the hand. Now add 2 teaspoons of curd to it and cover it in a warm place for the time. By morning cream and milk will freeze like curd. Now take out the butter by putting it in a grinder or stirring with a churning. In this way, butter will also come out in the grinder. By adding cold water to it, butter will come out and quickly.
Remove butter in any way from both ways. Now wash the butter 1-2 times with clean cold water. Now keep it in the fridge, which will tighten it. Now mix Laddu Gopal by mixing sugar candy grains in butter. You can also make ghee from this butter. You can also eat it by applying it on the paratha.
