Jamalpur-Howrah Vande Bharat Express will start running on track from August 16 today. This train will be flagged off today. This new semi-high speed train is the expansion of Bhagalpur-Howrah Vande Bharat Express, which will also run on the Jamalpur Howrah route from today. However, regular operation of this train will start from August 17. Jamalpur-Howrah Vande Bharat Express train is a new semi high speed train which will complete 441 km distance in 6hr 35 minutes. This train will be the fastest running train ever on this route.
The number of Jamalpur-Howrah Vande Bharat Express is 22310/22309 and this train will leave six days a week except Friday. Jamalpur-Howrah Vande Bharat Express will stay at eight stations during his visit from Jamalpur to Howrah. Which includes Bhagalpur, Barahat, Mandar Hill, Hansdiha, Noniat, Dumka, Rampurhat and Bolpur Santiniketan stations.
