Today we will tell you a recipe of a sweet in which fine flour and sugar have not been used. You can prepare a wonderful taste -rich Malpua with wheat flour. So let’s know how to make this taste -full dessert?
Material for Rabri Malpua
One liter milk, jaggery 3/4, water two cups, wheat flour one cup, semolina 1 teaspoon, cardamom – 2-3 pieces, for frying ghee, almonds, pistachios, rose petals
How to make Rabri Malpua?

First step: To make Rabri Malpua, first take one liter of milk and boil it until it turns half a liter. Keep in mind that milk has to be cooked on medium flame and keep running continuously. Turn off the gas when the milk remains half a liter.

Second step: Now add two cups of water on the gas and add three to four jaggery to it. Run them well. Jaggery should be completely melted in water. Keep in mind that this jaggery syrup should not be too thin and too thick.

Third step: Now, take a cup of wheat flour and add some dry fruits, two to three cardamom and one teaspoon of swollen and grind them very finely. When it becomes grinded, then mix this flour mixture well in a rubri pan. Keep in mind that there should not be any lump.

Fourth step: Now add ghee in a pan and fill the mixture in a karchul and cook on a medium flame well on both sides. When it is cooked, dip it in jaggery syrup and then place it in a plate and serve some dry fruits over it and serve. Your Rabri is ready to become Malpua.
