The incident occurred on the 81st ball of the innings of Soutyl Brev when Hos tried to stop Michael Bracewell’s shot on deep midwicket. After slipping, he fell on the ground groaning with pain. Immediately his fellow players, medical teams and ground staff rushed. The injury looked so serious that the ambulance had to be called on the ground and the match stayed for about 10 minutes.

Hos was immediately rushed to the hospital, where the scan was confirmed that his right ankle was dislocated. It is not yet clear whether they will need surgery or not, but their return may take time.
Talking about the match, Southern Brave scored 140/4 while batting first. Luca du Ploy scored the highest 55 runs (34 balls, 4 fours, 4 sixes).
