Material for Missal: 1 cup sprouted moth dal, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon missala masala, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, salt as per taste, 2-3 teaspoon oil

Ingredients for Tari: 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1-2 dry red chili, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 4-5 garlic bud, 1 inch piece of ginger, salt as per taste, 2-3 teaspoons oil

Material for Garnish: Finely chopped onion, finely chopped coriander, matki sev (missal saved), lemon pieces, heated loaf
Missal Pav Method

Add oil to the cooker and then add onion to it and fry it till it becomes golden. Then add garlic paste and then add tomatoes and cook until it becomes soft. When the tomato is melted, add turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala and salt and mix well.

When it is cooked, add sprouted moth dal and fry it for 2 minutes. After this, put 2 cups of water and turn off the cooker and cook it till 2-3 whistles.

Now, put some oil in a pan, after heating, add onion to it. When the onion becomes golden, add tomatoes, dry red chillies, ginger, garlic and coriander powder and fry it. When it is roasted, take it out in a vessel.

Now, cool this mixture and make a smooth paste. Now heat a little more oil in the same pan and fry the unit again again by adding prepared paste, until the oil starts separating. Now add salt and water to it and mix well. Boil it well until the gravy is thick. Your missal is ready.

Now take a plate and put the missal in it. Put a nice amount of way from above. Now add finely chopped onion, coriander and matki sev on it. Place a piece of pav and lemon together. Heat the pav on the pan and roast it and serve hot
