Bareilly. A surprising case of quarrel between husband and wife has come to light in Bareilly, UP. When the husband refused to give Rs 50 thousand for shopping on Karva Chauth, the angry wife broke his head. The injured husband was admitted to the district hospital, where he was treated. The victim has also filed a complaint against his wife in the police station. The police have said that action will be taken after investigation.

The young man living in Izzatnagar police station area told that his first wife has died. Three years ago he got married for the second time. The second wife’s two children are from the first husband. Before Karva Chauth, his wife demanded fifty thousand rupees from him for shopping. Said that with this money she will buy saree and jewelery etc.

The young man refused to give that much money citing financial condition. There was a fight between the two on this. Meanwhile, the wife picked up a brick and hit him on his head. Due to this his head got injured. With the help of nearby people, he was brought to the district hospital. After treatment, Harish lodged a complaint at Izzat Nagar police station. Police have assured that action will be taken after investigation.
