In a village in Samalkha town of Panipat district of Haryana, four people were attacked with weapons and injured after they stopped their neighbor from abusing them after drinking alcohol. The injured include a woman and three youths. There are also two brothers among the youth. Somehow, the victims escaped from the clutches of the accused and reached the hospital. From where a complaint was also given to the police. On the basis of the complaint, the police have registered a case against the accused under various sections.
In the complaint given to Samalkha police station, Balkar told that he is a resident of village Pattikalyana. Was sitting with my friend Naveen at around 8 pm on 12th October. Then Naveen got a call from his brother Ajit. Who said that Deepak was drinking and abusing outside the house.
Naveen said that it is a matter of neighbourhood, take mom and tell her family. After this Naveen and Balkar also reached there. There it was seen that Naveen’s mother Maya Devi was badly beaten. Who told that Ajit was forcefully dragged inside by Deepak, Tola, Rakesh, Rohit, Ravi, Kapil, Kamal alias Tony and Sheela.
After hearing this, Naveen went to his brother Ajit’s house to save him. Where he saw that everyone had guns, swords, knives and other sharp weapons in their hands and were killing Ajit. When an attempt was made to intervene, Balkar was hit on the head with a Gandasi. Due to which he fell down. When Naveen came to save him, he was also attacked with a weapon on his back. Somehow they freed themselves from the clutches of the accused and left from there. After that the victims complained to the police. At present the police is investigating the matter.
