New Delhi: Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan aka King Khan has officially made his mark as one of the most handsome men in the world. In a recent study by renowned celebrity plastic surgeon Dr Julian De Silva, Khan was ranked among the top 10 most handsome male actors globally, thanks to the precision of the “Greek Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi.”
This ratio, used in art and design, measures facial symmetry to define aesthetic perfection. With advanced face-mapping software, Dr De Silva analysed the faces of actors from around the world to calculate their alignment with this mathematical ratio. The results placed Shah Rukh Khan in 10th place, with an impressive 86.76% facial symmetry.

The list is an annual roundup of the world’s most handsome male actors, and 2024’s rankings only include two returning names from the previous year. SRK remains the only Indian actor to have made the cut, reaffirming his global appeal not just as a superstar, but also as a man who’s scientifically proven to have one of the most attractive faces.
Other actors on the list are also in the running for the coveted role of James Bond, adding even more heat to the competition. British actor Idris Elba, who came in 9th with a facial symmetry score of 87.94%, has been long speculated as a possible Bond. Following him, Riverdale heartthrob Charles Melton took 8th place with 88.46%, and Nicholas Hoult secured the 7th spot with 89.84%.
Other popular stars on the list
Hollywood legend George Clooney, known for his charm, landed at 6th with 89.9% symmetry, narrowly missing the top five. Jack Lowden, with a score of 90.33%, claimed the 5th position, followed by Batman star Robert Pattinson at 4th, with an almost-perfect 92.15%.
Topping the list at number one is Aaron Taylor-Johnson, with an astonishing 93.04% symmetry. Known for his role in the upcoming Kraven the Hunter, the actor is reportedly a frontrunner to be the next James Bond, with rumours swirling that he has already been offered the role.
