Ayodhya. Senior Congress officials, who are seriously engaged in re-irrigating their roots in Uttar Pradesh, on Wednesday worshiped Ram Lalla seated at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya.
On the occasion of Sharad Purnima, Congress General Secretary and state in-charge Avinash Pandey and State Congress President Ajay Rai reached Ayodhya as per their pre-determined schedule and worshiped Ramlala and Hanumangarhi in the grand temple.
Pandey said that the fight for justice which Shri Rahul Gandhi is fighting in the entire country, we have prayed to Lord Shri Ram to give us strength to fight that fight in the interest of the country.
He said that the truth for which Lord Ram fought his entire life. We all followed him and continued to struggle like him against untruth and wickedness, walking on the path of truth.
Rai said that the path of Maryada Purushottam Lord Ram has been shown, we wish that all people should follow it and follow Maryada. We are fortunate that we got the pleasure of seeing Lord Ram. We pray to God that there should be prosperity and happiness in the society and everyone should behave decently and do their work.
