Bengaluru Bulls will count their PKL 11 chances with the increased strength in their raiding department
After reaching the verge of claiming the title in seasons 7, 8 and 9, in Pkl 11 Bengaluru Bulls will be looking to reclaim the title after five years. The Bulls did not have a good season 10 but with the new squad, they will be fancying their chances in PKL 11. Bulls’ season will commence on 18th October against Telugu Titans and they will play their last group stage match on 24th December against UP Yodhas.
Bengaluru Bulls will be in the spotlight for a few reasons. First, they have included the most successful raider in PKL history, Pardeep Narwal, in their squad. The other reason will be their poor former season, which is unusual for the franchise as they have been consistent with their playoff spots in the last few years. The PKL fans and critics will be keeping an eye on the Bulls to see if they can make a comeback this season.
Bulls have a brigade of fantastic match-winning players in their squad. Beginning from their captain, Pardeep Narwal to their experienced defender Saurabh Nandal, they can count on many such players. Talking about his history in PKL, Nandal has scored 248 points in his career, 49 of which came in the last season with a 50% successful tackle rate. Nandal will be looking to pick up where he left off and continue scoring crucial points for the Bulls in PKL 11, which makes him one of the Dream 11 players.
2. Nitin Rawal (All-Rounder)
The only all-rounder with PKL matches under his belt in the squad, Nitin Rawal will play a massive role in PKL 11 for the Bulls. The experience, along with his fierceness, in both raiding and defense makes him the player to watch out for. Rawal missed season 10 due to injury and will be looking to make a shining return in PKL 11.
The former Bengal Warriors player will make his entry into the Bulls squad in season 11 and will be eyeing a path-breaking season for his career. The all-rounder has scored nearly 250 points in the 81 matches he played in his PKL career. Being the experienced all-rounder, he will certainly have the tendency to be the star player in your Dream Team.
1. Ajinkya Pawar (Raider)
Bengaluru Bulls made their highest bid of 1.107 crores for this spectacular raider in the PKL 11 auction. Under the guidance of the captain and the most successful raider in the history of PKL, Pardeep Narwal, this young raider, Ajinkya Pawar might be one of the raiders to score the highest points in season 11. Pawar has scored an impressive 484 points in his PKL career of 92 matches. From those 484 points, 133 points came in season 10 with 37% success raids in his name. Pawar will be looking to improve his stats and aim for better numbers in season 11. His ability to score points in valuable moments of the game makes him another Dream player from Bengaluru Bulls.
