Noida News: A case of encroachment on the road has come to light in Sector-49 of Noida. The President of Noida Sector-49 RWA has written a letter to Dr. Lokesh M, CEO of Noida Authority, complaining about the matter. Sector-49 RWA President Prashant Tyagi told in his letter that Kushal Pal Singh, a resident of the sector and former president of Noida Authority Employees Association, is illegally installing an iron gate on the road in front of his house.

President of Sector-49 RWA of Noida, Prashant Tyagi and General Secretary Vijay Kumar Bhati said that Kushal Pal Singh, former president of Noida Authority Employees Association (NEA), has constructed an unauthorized building on the public road in front of his house (D-BLOCK). Actually, a big iron gate is being installed and the government road is being closed. RWA President said that a complaint has been lodged regarding the matter and has demanded immediate action from the Noida Authority.

RWA has demanded Noida Authority CEO Dr. Lokesh M to take cognizance of this matter and take strict action. Sector-49 RWA President said that due to this action of one resident, all the people of the society will have to face problems.
