Public Holidays: All schools, banks and offices will remain closed for 80 days in 2025, holiday list released

Public Holidays 2025: A good news has come for the government officials and employees of Chhattisgarh. The state government has released the calendar of holidays for the year 2025.

Public Holidays: The state government has declared holidays for the year 2025 for the government officials and employees of the state. According to the calendar of holidays for the year 2025 released by the General Administration, government employees will be given a total of 80 holidays next year, which will include 25 general holidays and 55 optional leaves.

Public Holidays: Total 16 public holidays in 2025

Apart from this, holidays will also be given on every Saturday and Sunday. According to the order issued by the Ministry of General Administration Department, there will be a total of 16 public holidays in the year 2025. However, major festivals like Republic Day, Moharram, Vaisakhi, Diwali are falling on Sunday, due to which separate holidays will not be given for these festivals.
