Saif Ali Khan told that Pataudi Palace mainly belongs to his brother Saif Ali Khan. Soha said that since Saif’s royal title had not been abolished when he was born, he is actually a prince. He is the owner of Pataudi Palace. Soha is the caretaker of this palace and along with her siblings, looks after this huge property.

Soha also told that my mother sits with her accounts. They know every day’s expenses and monthly expenses. Soha further said that we do not paint Pataudi Palace, but get it whitewashed. Because it reduces expenses.

Saif Ali Khan wanted to convert Pataudi Palace into a hotel

Saif Ali Khan, while answering the question of converting Pataudi House into a hotel, said that many people have lived in this house. Talking about his father, Saif said that he was born as a Nawab and he has lived his entire life like a Nawab. But when times changed, he said that he would give this palace on rent and convert it into a hotel, but my grandmother said, ‘Never do this because there is a lot of history associated with it.

When Saif’s father died, the palace was taken from him, during that time films were shot in Pataudi Palace. Later Saif bought it back in 2014 and stopped shooting in it.
