The Jabalpur bench of the High Court has granted conditional bail to the accused of raising slogans against India by saying Pakistan Zindabad in MP capital Bhopal. The court has granted bail to the accused Faisal Khan alias Faizan, 28, on the condition that he will have to attend Misrod police station in Bhopal on the first and fourth Tuesday of every month till the end of the case. You will have to stand in front of the tricolor and salute 21 times. Slogan of Bharat Mata ki Jai will also have to be raised.

High Court Justice Dinesh Kumar Paliwal has granted bail to Faisal with a bond of Rs 50 thousand. There is also a condition that he will have to reach the police station between 10 am and 12 noon. Defense lawyer Hashim Khan said that the order is absolutely justified. Some people say this under the influence of deception and intoxication. When the court gives such an order, it impacts the public and the criminals.

It is noteworthy that on May 17, 2024, Faisal was arrested for raising slogans of Pakistan Zindabad. He used to run a puncture shop in Misrod area. During police interrogation, Faisal had said that I had said these words jokingly. The person who made the video is my friend. Didn’t know that the video would go viral. Bajrang Dal official Dinesh Yadav had told that after watching the video the accused had approached Faisal Khan. There he misbehaved with the workers. After this, the accused was caught and handed over to Misrod police. Where the police had registered a case against him.
