What will humans do after reaching Mars? Know everything about NASA's Mission 2035 here

Science News Desk – Now humans will go to solve the mysteries of Mars. NASA has prepared a plan for this. The mission is being designed in such a way that by 2035 man’s steps reach the Red Planet, the purpose of this mission is to explore the possibilities of life. At present, NASA has not given any name to this mission, but it is being considered as the next phase of Artemis, through which NASA will send humans to the moon by 2026. The distance of Mars from Earth is about 402 million kilometers. American space agency NASA claims that it may take up to 9 months for a spacecraft to reach there. According to NASA, astronauts reaching Mars can spend about 500 days there. For this, arrangements have to be made from breathing to their food, for this NASA is doing different research, let us know how.

What is the mission?
Actually, this mission will be like a training mission before going to Mars, which will solve the mysteries of the Moon and will also prepare the astronauts to go to Mars. For this mission, NASA has created SLS i.e. Space Launch System which is a powerful rocket. It will carry astronauts to and from Mars. Its first phase has started two years ago, in 2026 humans will reach the south pole of the Moon with Artemis 3 and after that preparations will begin to reach Mars.

Will build a base on the moon to go to Mars
To go to Mars, astronauts will build a base on the Moon, after landing on the South Pole of the Moon in 2026, habitats will be built here. Work will also be done on extracting water from underground ice and purifying it, so that the resources available on Mars can be used in the same way. The technologies being developed to go to Mars will be tested while going to the Moon, so that they can be tested before the Mars mission.

NASA is working on 6 technologies
1- Advanced Propulsion System – This system will ensure that astronauts go to Mars safely and return, it will be a two-year itinerary, including the time of arrival and departure.
2-Inflatable Landing Gear – With this technology, the heaviest spacecraft ever built can be prepared for landing, so that landing on Mars is safe.
3- High-tech space suits – NASA is developing spacesuits that will protect astronauts from the harsh environment and will also tell them how much air and water they need, oxygen levels during their excursions outside the spacecraft or habitat. What is.
4- Rover with home and lab – NASA is also developing a stationary habitat on the surface or a rover on wheels, which will be the primary shelter for astronauts on Mars, which will have facilities like housing and lab. For example, this would allow astronauts to go anywhere on Mars and even live there.
5- Surface Power System- Just as electricity is needed to charge devices on Earth, similarly it may be needed on Mars too. In such a situation, NASA is developing a system that can work in any weather on the Red Planet and can generate energy.
6- Laser communication- So that contact with the earth can be maintained and maximum data can be sent at one time. This communication system can instantly send high resolution photos and videos from Mars to Earth.

Oxygen and food items are also challenges
Before going to Mars, astronauts also face the challenge of what they will eat and drink there, apart from this they will also have to arrange for oxygen. In such a situation, NASA is trying to somehow produce oxygen on Mars through Mars Oxygen In Situ Resource Experiment. Apart from this, food is also a big challenge, because no mission can be launched to deliver food to the travelers going to Mars. In such a situation, such food arrangements are being ensured so that food can be arranged on Mars. Similar arrangements are being made for water, so that astronauts can arrange water from the resources available there.

What will humans do on Mars?
Mars is very mysterious. According to what NASA knows about it so far, it was once surrounded by seas, lakes and rivers. Now there is no water on its surface. Two NASA rovers are currently working on Mars. However, the mystery of why this is so is still unsolved. NASA wants to know whether Earth and Mars were the same 3.8 billion years ago and whether there is a possibility of life on Mars. The mission will also explain how life began on Earth and whether life is possible anywhere else in the universe other than Earth. For this, astronauts will do research there. They will spend a long time on Mars and will visit different parts of Mars to find out about the planet.
