Sriganganagar News Desk, District Police organized a seminar at Khalsa College on Friday. In this, NCC cadets were given information about traffic rules. Traffic branch in-charge Raghuveer Singh expressed his views on the priorities of Rajasthan Police, which include reducing road accidents by better management of traffic, making traffic easy, simple and safe etc.
Raghuveer Singh said that the Good Samaritan scheme has been run by the state government to immediately take the injured person to the hospital. In this, the person who takes the injured person to the hospital gets assistance of up to Rs 10,000. During this, it was said to create awareness about traffic rules by showing a short film through the projector about accidents occurring without helmets. NCC cadets were advised to follow the traffic rules and were administered an oath to follow the traffic rules.
