MP High Court’s order, FIR should be registered against 6 police personnel including TI, transfer the police station staff 900 KM away

Palpal correspondent, Jabalpur. MP High Court has issued orders to lodge FIR against 6 police personnel including TI of Bhaalumada police station of Anuppur. Today, during the hearing, the High Court said that the entire staff of this police station should be transferred 900 kilometers away. So that these people cannot influence the investigation. If the order is not followed within three months, contempt action will be taken against the DGP. Six police personnel, including the station in-charge, are accused of creating a false case by assaulting the supervisor of Moser Ware Company.

The court of High Court Justice GS Ahluwalia asked the accused policemen to collect a fine of Rs 1 lakh 20 thousand and hand it over to the victim. It has been told to the DGP of the state that if CCTV cameras are not installed in every room of the police stations across Madhya Pradesh, then a notice of contempt will be issued through the Registrar General on 18 February 2025. Advocate Abhishek Pandey represented Akhilesh’s case in the High Court. He told that Akhilesh had also complained to the SP. When no result was found, a petition was filed in the High Court. Justice GS Ahluwalia watched the footage related to this case. After the hearing today, a 41-page verdict was announced. It is noteworthy that Akhilesh Pandey is a supervisor in Moser Baer Company. His company’s trucks were leaving the village carrying ashes, the villagers stopped the trucks. Akhilesh called Bhalumeda police station (Anuppur). Constable Maksadoon Singh from the police station reached the spot. It is alleged that he asked for a bribe of Rs 5,000. Said that only after this the trucks will go ahead. There was a dispute between Akhilesh and the constable. As soon as information about this was received, station in-charge RJ Dharia reached the spot along with the staff. Akhilesh was assaulted. After this, constable Maqsudan himself tore his uniform and made a fake case.
