Rajasthan: Massive collision between sleeper bus and tempo in Dholpur, 11 people including 8 children died

Dholpur. A major road accident took place in Dholpur, Rajasthan, when an auto and a bus collided head-on. 11 people including 8 children and 2 women died in the accident. The accident is said to have occurred on National Highway-11B around 11.30 pm. According to the information, a speeding bus hit the auto in Sadar Bari area. Information is coming to light that the bus driver has also been injured in the accident. The injured have been admitted to Dholpur District Hospital.

According to the information, all the people traveling in the auto were returning from a wedding ceremony. Then the speeding sleeper bus hit the auto. After the collision with the bus, the people traveling in the auto scattered on the road. Police reached the spot and took everyone to the hospital, where 11 people, including 8 children and 2 women, were declared dead.

It is being told that the bus was going from Dholpur towards Jaipur. There were 15 people in the auto, who were residents of Karim Gumat area. All of them had gone to a wedding ceremony in Barauli. After the late night function, they all were returning home by auto. Meanwhile, a speeding bus hit the auto near Sunnipur village on National Highway-11B. According to Dr. Harikishan Mangal, PMO of Bari Hospital, the injured were brought to Bari Hospital, where 10 people were declared dead. Four injured were referred to Dholpur in critical condition, but another one died on the way.
