Kalakand is a dessert that is famous for its granular taste. It usually takes a long time to make it, but we have brought for you a quick recipe that you can make at home in just 15-20 minutes. This Kalakand gives a taste with dry fruits and cream richness that dissolves as soon as it goes into the mouth. To make it, you need very few ingredients and it is so easy to make it that anyone can make it perfect at first. So come, know the easy method of making this nectar -like taste -like dessert.
Material for Kalakand:
Paneer – 200 g, cream – 1/2 cup, sugar – 1/2 cup, milk powder – 2 tablespoons, cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon, mixed dryfruits (almonds, pistachios) – 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
Method of making Kalakand:

First step: First of all, add grated cheese and cream in a non-stick pan. Mix them on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Now add sugar and milk powder and mix well so that there is no lump. Keep stirring the mixture continuously on low flame, until it becomes a little thick and starts leaving the edges of the pan. It will take 5-7 minutes.

Second step: Now add cardamom powder to it and stir well. Remove the mixture from the heat and spread it in a smooth plate or tray. Add finely chopped dry fruits on top and press lightly so that they stick to the kalakand.

Third step: Allow Kalakand to cool for 10-15 minutes. When it is set slightly, cut it with a knife or cut it into the shape of your choice. Your delicious and instant Kalakand is ready! Serve it immediately or keep it in airtight container and enjoy it later.
