Google has released a new update of the calling app for millions of Android users. After this update, the interface of the calling app of Android users around the world has completely changed. Users are seeing new icons as well as new options in it. Also, it has a calling card feature, which gives users the freedom to persuade the photos of their contacts and fonts seen during the call.
Many users have posted about the change in the calling screen on social media platforms after this new update by Google. This update of the phone app gives users the options for many personalization. Apart from this, users can choose the calling screen according to their own. In case of incoming calls, the users will also get an option to pick up the call call and pick the call call.
What are the new changes?
After this new update of the phone app, users are seeing their favorite contacts upwards in a single tab. At the same time, the options with recent conversion or call have started appearing in a container box. Also, contacts have been shifted to a navigation bar. However, users can still access it from the three dot menu given above.
Apart from this, users will get the option to swipe if incoming calls come. This feature has been added to avoid accidentally calling. Earlier, when the incoming calls came, many users’ phone used to be declined. Now Google has given the option of swipe up or down in it.
Google had long been working on changes in the phone app. A few months ago these features were rolled out for beta users. After testing, it is now rolled out for all users. However, users with personalized user interfaces of Oppo, Realme, Xiaomi or other brands will not see these changes in the phone app. These changes will be seen by users using stock Android or Google’s phone app.
