BCCI: Three Indian cricketers are in A+grade in the BCCI’s central contract list despite not playing T20 cricket. These players get the highest retainership from the board and get crores of rupees annually.

A player earns ₹ 15 lakh for each Test match, ₹ 6 lakh for each ODI and ₹ 3 lakh for a T20 International match. According to this, even if the three cricketers are removed from the T20 match, they earn crores.
