Only CM House, PM House will be made the jail and DGP, Chief Secretary, Cabinet Secretary or Home Secretary will take orders from jail. This cannot be. He expressed confidence that many people of the Congress party will support this bill and this bill will be easily passed.
Targeting the opposition, the Home Minister said, “What was the justification of Rahul Gandhi for tearing the ordinance brought by Manmohan Singh to save Lalu Yadav? If there was morality that day, is it not today because you have lost three consecutive elections? I am confident that it will be passed. It will be passed. There will be many people in the Congress party and the opposition who will support morality and maintain the basis of morality.”
Opposition should not draw Dhankhar’s resignation
Responding to the sudden resignation of former Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, Amit Shah said, “Dhankhar ji was in a constitutional post and during his tenure he did a good job according to the Constitution. He has resigned due to his personal health problem. Nobody should try to find anything by pulling it more.”
If there was a new law, Kejriwal would have to resign
Amit Shah said that the laws of the opposition are opposing the law. If he had already been made, when Kejriwal was jailed, he would have to resign. He resigned at the behest of the Supreme Court after Arvind Kejriwal was sent to judicial custody. He said that JPC has been created for the new law, but the opposition does not want to join it.
